How is training planning done?Trainings will be planned according to the age of the goalkeeper, as a result of observations and tests carried out by our trainers.

On what day and time can I train?Depending on the goalkeeper's school hours and location, our training will be held in our contracted facilities in Sakarya or Kocaeli on the specified days and hours.

Can we use our own goalkeeper equipment in training?1 During your registration to the Turka goalkeeper academy, your body measurements will be taken and special materials (apart from the package fee) will be made and delivered to you. The use of these clothes is mandatory during training.

Can we receive private goalkeeping training in the gym or on a field of our own choosing?Yes you can. Please contact us for pricing and training planning.

Will a nutrition program be given by your nutritionist?Our nutritionist will hold periodic informational meetings. If desired, a special nutrition program can be requested (beyond the package fee).

How to remove protective plastic?All our gloves have a plastic film on the palm that you must remove before first use. Be careful and patient when peeling the plastic. Rushing the process may lead to damage to the palms.

How to make a refund?You can make a return after filling out the order return form. Please make sure it is completed correctly and included in your package. We recommend using a tracked service when getting back to us. If it is not delivered to our returns department, no refund or exchange can be made. Reasons not accepted for returnUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products falling into the following categories: Handle with latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to latex after plastic removal) Gloves with Glove ID (unless the glove has an actual defect or malfunction when received) Items returned after 14 days from purchase date Worn or frayed gloves that are considered fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will wear out from initial use ; The level of wear varies by goalkeeper, depending on the goalkeeper's age, technique, playing surface and much more. Gloves that have become worn or deteriorated due to not being prepared and maintained in accordance with the glove care instructions.

What is normal wear and tear?It is important to understand the nature of goalkeeper gloves and latex palms before use. Gloves should be viewed as a consumable item that should be replaced several times a year. Latex is a soft, natural material (it needs to grip the ball) that is subject to wear from personal use.
