TRANSPORT

All shipments are sent via DHL Cargo.

  • It is shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • It is delivered within 7-15 business days.

Please note that some countries charge customs fees that must be paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any taxes that may be charged. If your order is returned because customs duty has not been paid, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

We believe in the quality of our gloves and we hope you will too! However, if for any reason you don't like your gloves or they don't fit, you can return them to us within 2 weeks and get a refund or exchange for a different size. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED RETURN RECEIPT PROVIDED. Returns returned with an incomplete return receipt will be automatically refunded. We recommend to all our customers that all returns be tracked; We will not be responsible for lost returned packages.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Gloves from which the protective film has been removed.

  • Used gloves.

  • Used or worn items.

  • Washed products.

  • If you have not contacted us within 14 days to make a return.

  • Shipments rejected by the customer.

  • All refunds will be excluding delivery.

  • All returned items must come with their original packaging.

  • All returns we receive without a fully filled out return receipt will be automatically refunded.

  • Any returns must be paid for by the customer. Replacements will be sent back to you free of charge.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered and are sent back to us will be automatically refunded (excluding delivery)

Damaged Products

- If the products arrive damaged or defective, or if your gloves are damaged after a short period of use, you can file a complaint. If this is the case, please email us your order information + a picture of the defective glove at 1turkagk@gmail.com for us to review. Refund/Exchange will be made at our discretion.
